At GnL, we would love for your shopping experience to be fuss-free and for you to enjoy your plant-based bag as quickly and as smoothly as possible. We have kept our selling price as low as we can and hence we are not able to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. At checkout our fulfilment provider will provide you with 3-4 courier company options with different prices and delivery dates offering you with the flexibility to pick an option that best suits your requirements.
For Hong Kong orders:
We will aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days upon order confirmation and payment, unless specifically stated on our website during busy seasons or holidays. Usual duration of delivery upon dispatch by our service provider is between 2-3 business days. However, there may be some minor delay in delivery of orders placed during peak season, and unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control (e.g. weather, shipping delays).
All customers will be notified with a Shipping Confirmation email (along with tracking number) once the orders are dispatched.
For International orders
We will aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days upon order confirmation and payment, unless specifically stated on our website during busy seasons or holidays. Usual duration of international delivery upon dispatch by our service provider is anywhere between 7-14 business days.
**Please note that due to current situation relating to the COVID19 outbreak, there are substantial reductions in flight frequencies or even cancellation of flights to estinations by airlines, which means that international delivery will take longer than usual.
We ship all international orders as “Merchandise” and the customer may be subject to custom duties or import taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
Customers are responsible for these costs and we recommend checking with your
local customs office for more information
All customers will be notified with a Shipping Confirmation email (along with tracking number) once the orders are dispatched. If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
Exchange, returns & order cancellation
We would love for you to be delighted with our items, and we will strive to carefully inspect each item before shipping out and provide you with the highest quality merchandise.

We welcome any exchange within 7 days of purchase. Please e-mail us as soon as possible. Please note that you will be responsible for all delivery costs, including shipping the item back to us, and the cost of shipment of the item back to you.
If you find any item is damaged or you have received incorrect items, please contact us with photos no later than 7 days after receiving the shipment with the postmarked date. We will replace the faulty items (based on availability).
Colours may appear darker or lighter depending upon the individual screen resolution settings and we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. If you have any questions about the colours of a particular item, you are most than welcome to contact us directly before your purchase. Unfortunately, we will not accept any products returned for this reason. We also do not accept cancelled orders and any change of mind purchases.
Please ensure that when returning the product, it meets all of the following conditions:
- Send us a receipt or proof of purchase
- Unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging / box with all tags, if any
As shipping cost is an external cost we incur with our logistic service providers, all delivery costs incurred upon order confirmation are not refundable, and for any cases of exchange, we will charge the full shipping cost which we will advise to you in an e-mail. If you are returning goods, you will be also responsible for the cost of sending the items back to us (except in rare cases where the item is defected). Please do so with a trackable courier service as you are responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
